MHP annually surveys its health care providers to assess the provider network’s ability to deliver culturally appropriate care to members and identify potential needs and where we can improve.
Training and education is offered to our providers and office staff regarding cultural responsiveness and interpreter information.
MHP collects data regarding language services available through the practice; offices offering remote video or telephonic interpreters, and bilingual specialty vendor information.
