INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY PLANS
- Individual plans are purchased by individuals to cover themselves and their qualified dependents when employer coverage is not provided. The individual is responsible for paying the premium, however, based on income, there may be assistance available through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (Exchange).
