Thank you for choosing McLaren Health Plan Medicaid for your health care coverage. With McLaren Health Plan Medicaid, you get doctor visits, prescription drugs, well visits, children’s health services and much more. Free transportation is offered to and from medical visits.
Eligibility is determined by local Department of Human Services (DHS) offices. It’s important for you to keep your phone number, email and address up-to-date with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). You can do this by going to the MIBridges website. You will need to create an account by choosing Register if you don't have one. Please report changes in both the Profile section and the Report Changes area. Your local office will use the Report Changes area to update your address for your case.
