Visit the MI Bridges website or your local Department of Human Services (DHS) office to determine if you qualify for a McLaren Health Plan Medicaid plan. The staff at these locations can assist you with the process. If you don’t have a MI Bridges account, you’ll need to create one. If you already have an account, ensure your information is up-to-date.
Enrollment:
Once you determine your eligibility, you can enroll or re-enroll in the program. After enrollment, you will receive your MIHealth card by mail.
Select McLaren Health Plan:
Call Michigan Enrolls at 888-367-6557 (TTY users can call 711) to choose McLaren Health Plan. If you do not specify a carrier, one will be automatically assigned to you, so it is important to make this call to choose McLaren Health Plan.
