About This Event
WHAT IS CENTERINGPREGNANCY®
CenteringPregnancy® is a group model of prenatal care. It combines regular prenatal checkups with pregnancy education and support from others who are due around the same time as you. Instead of only seeing your provider alone for every visit, you will attend scheduled group sessions led by our certified nurse-midwives (CNMs). In each session, you will learn about pregnancy, childbirth, newborn care, nutrition, mental wellness, and ways to stay healthy.
The class consists of 10 sessions each lasting 90 minutes.
