MD and DO Involved in teaching Residents and Medical students: To receive preceptor credit documentation, physicians will complete the form below for each preceptor session. A letter will automatically be generated providing you with the credit you are self-reporting and attest to. Please reference the PDF below for more detailed information on this process.

The IPCE department will report Preceptor and Lecture credits to the AOA on a quarterly basis (March/June/September/December) for Category 1 credits.
