Quality Information, Programs and Services

McLaren Health Plan works hard to provide many free quality programs for you. Some examples are:

  • If you have diabetes or asthma, we have tools to help you better manage your illness.
  • If you are pregnant, we work together to make sure you get the care and guidance you need for you and your baby.
  • Many free preventive screens are covered for you and we send you reminder cards so you don’t forget to get them.

To make sure we are doing a good job, each year we look back at what and how we have provided for our members. We look for ways to improve. We measure how we deliver services in many ways. One way is through scores we receive, based on the care our members receive. Our main goal is to provide you with high quality health care that meets your needs.

For MHP Medicaid Quality Programs:

Updates on our scores for our Medicaid program can be viewed by clicking on the Key Quality Measures Update - Medicaid. You can also click on this link for MHP's Quality Improvement Update, or call us at 888-327-0671 if you want more information on our quality programs!

For MHP Community Quality Programs:

MHP Community includes members who have joined via the Marketplace or through an employer (Commercial.) For HEDIS and CAHPS, these populations' rates are separate. Updates on our scores for HEDIS and CAHPS for both Community populations can be viewed by clicking on this link for Key Quality Measures Update - Marketplace or Key Quality Measures Update - Commercial. You can also click on this link for MHP's Quality Improvement Update, or you can call us at 888-327‑0671  if you want more information on our quality programs!
