Small Group Plans

• Small group plans are available through McLaren Health Plan. They are for employers with 50 or fewer employees.
• McLaren Health Plan offers fully-insured HMO and High Deductible plans for small groups, including our Rewards Plans. Rewards plans waive the deductible, copays, and coinsurance when a member receives services from a Rewards Provider. It is important to note that some services received in a participating inpatient setting or physician’s office may be performed by non-Rewards providers and deductibles, copays, and coinsurance will apply in those instances.
