Please review your Member Handbook and Certificate of Coverage in detail. Your Certificate of Coverage and any applicable riders will detail your benefits and any exclusions from coverage. Contact Customer Service if you have any questions regarding these items or need help, such as:

  • Selecting your Primary Care Physician (PCP)
  • Connecting with your nurse
  • Understanding your benefits, copays, and deductibles for specific services
  • Clarifying benefits
  • Checking the status of referrals for care
  • Getting help with medication access (if you have a pharmacy benefit)
