McLaren Health Plan is excited to welcome Dr. Kathy Kudray as Chief Medical Officer (CMO).  In this position, Dr. Kudray will be responsible for the oversight of all quality aspects of patient care, will chair the Quality Improvement Committee, and serve as the medical officer for McLaren Health Plan on its Board of Directors.

Dr. Kudray is a well-respected Family Practice physician in the Flint region.  Dr. Kudray most recently served as Medical Director of Process Improvement for McLaren Medical Group (MMG), where her experience in patient flow and practice development provided great benefits to all MMG physician offices across the McLaren Health Care system.  In her new role, she will continue to practice, as well as well as serve as McLaren Health Plan's CMO.
