If you or your child has special needs, call Customer Service and ask for Your Nurse. Special needs can be something that makes you or your child need extra help. Every McLaren Health Plan member has a nurse assigned to them for questions and any other help that they need. We have a Case Management program for members who need extra help from their nurse. If you would like to enroll in any disease management, case management, or wellness program, you may enroll by contacting us here and sending a message to Member Services.

In addition, if you have Asthma or Diabetes, we have a free program for you. If you are Pregnant, we have a lot of information to share with you regarding your health and your baby’s well care. Or if you are interested in improving your health by quitting smoking, we have a "Stop Smoking" program available. Please refer to the information in the box to the left.
